Buyer FAQs

Here are some of the frequently asked questions (FAQs) that our buyers ask and the answers to them.

We currently accept PayPal and Moneybookers.

The procedure for transferring the domain name depends on where it's registered.

If the Domain Name is Registered with Go Daddy

If the domain name that you purchased is registered with Go Daddy, we will need your Go Daddy customer # and email address (email address associated with your Go Daddy account), so we can transfer the domain name to you via GoDaddy.

If you do not have a Go Daddy account, we'll need the following information:

- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Email

We'll use this information to transfer the domain name to you, and the transfer process will automatically create an Go Daddy account for you.

After we initiate the domain transfer, you will receive an email from Go Daddy with instructions on how to complete the transfer. The domain will appear in your Go Daddy Domain Manager as you complete those steps. The entire domain transfer process can usually be completed in 10 to 15 minutes.

If the Domain Name is Registered with Other Registrars

If the domain name that you purchased is not registered with Go Daddy, we will send you an email message and list the details that we will need you to provide.

For old buyers, we transfer domains as soon as possible, typically within minutes after we receive the payment. We do, however, need to sleep, too (like most humans). So if you send payment while we're asleep, we'll push the domain name that you purchased as soon as we're available. By the way, we're in the GMT +8:00 time zone.

For new buyers, we'll need more time to verify payments. It might take us up to 24 hours to transfer the domain you purchased. But after your initial purchase, domain transfer should be faster.

No, we do not offer refunds or replacements. This is why we strongly recommend that you check the domain that you want to purchase before you pay for it.

The most important thing that you should check is the validity of the domain's PageRank. We do our best to verify the validity of the PageRank of all the domains that we include in our list. But we're not perfect and we know that. That's why you have to check yourself before you make the decision to buy.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the PageRank and all other aspects of the domain are valid. We will not be held responsible for any error in the domain details or PageRank change.
